Our Team

We are an experienced team with extensive PE and M&A background, with combined experience of over 30yrs in transactions across varied sectors. The team members enjoy a wide experience of the Indian Private Equity industry having worked throughout the life cycle of investment, starting from sourcing, investing, monitoring and exit. We benefit from international exposure as well, having working experience in several global markets.

Our combination of skills, including deep industry, technical, financial, operating and transactional capabilities, make us the preferred partner for the portfolio companies such that we are able to contribute to their success at multiple levels.

We pride ourselves at being company-builders and not merely investment-managers. Our combined experience gives us an understanding of the challenges that the portfolio company managers face and this ability to identify and contribute to resolving the problems make us very effective champions of value creation.
