Overview
Reliance Equity Advisors was launched with the aim of bringing third party investments into sunrise industries, offering rapid growth opportunities in India. Reliance Equity Advisors is sponsored by the Reliance Group, the fourth largest business house in the country, with business leadership across varied sectors.
We see immense potential across sectors, where several target companies have strong fundamentals and performance track record along with solid accounting, regulatory and governance factors. We can be an excellent source of both capital and counsel to these companies and energize their aggressive growth plans.
We intend to focus on emerging and existing large-cap companies to help them achieve industry or sector leadership. The emphasis would be on companies engaged primarily in India domestic consumption, services, manufacturing, infrastructure and real estate businesses.
We have an excellent team with a proven track record in private equity investments and through their complementary strengths we will be able to deliver the technical expertise, financial acumen and operating experience required to be a successful investor and portfolio manager. The team has a history of helping build companies not only with capital but also with close personal involvement as board members and advisors.
Reliance Equity Advisors envisions developing into a premier alternative investment firm involved in creating superior companies across manufacturing and services industries.
